HTML 4.0 Fundamentals
This course is the first in a two-part series on HTML 4.0. Participants will learn how to build HTML pages using text, images, sound, and video. Topics covered include World Wide Web basics, formatting, links, images, multimedia, tables, frames, and linked windows.
HTML 4.0 Advanced Topics
This course is the second in a two-part series on HTML 4.0. This course covers the advanced features of HTML 4.0 which enhance the functionality of Web pages. Additional subjects explored include Web page publication, interactivity of Web pages using forms and Common Gateway Interface (CGI) scripts, and designing Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) pages using Dynamic HTML (DHTML) and cascading style sheets (CSS).
HTML Dynamic - Part 1
This is the first course in a two-part series on Dynamic HTML (DHTML). DHTML, the next generation of HTML, is a set of technologies which transforms static content into interactive applications. It is based on technologies including HTML, style sheets, and JavaScript. These technologies work together to support greater control over the appearance, layout, and behavior of Web pages. This course will cover cascading style sheets, accessing style properties via the JavaScript Document Object Model, and downloadable fonts.
HTML Dynamic - Part 2
This is the second course in a two-part series on Dynamic HTML (DHTML). DHTML, the next generation of HTML, is a set of technologies which transforms static content into interactive applications. It is based on technologies including HTML, style sheets, and JavaScript. These technologies work together to support greater control over the appearance, layout, and behavior of Web pages. This course will cover positioned HTML elements, positioned HTML elements in JavaScript, animating layer objects, and applying canvas mode in JavaScript applications.
HTML 4.01 Pt 1 Fundamentals
This is the first course in a two part series that presents learners with the basic concepts and skills in HTML 4.01. The course covers World Wide Web basics, formatting web pages and creating links, images and multimedia, tables and frames, and placing information online.
HTML 4.01 Pt 2 Advanced Topics
This is the second course in a two part series that teaches advanced topics in HTML 4.01. The course covers enhancing web pages, introduces interactivity in web pages, and DHTML and CSS.
