Upon completing this program, you will also be able to identify the nine profiles of aggressive employees and the kinds of organizations that foster aggressive behavior.

In "Workplace Aggression: Defusing Aggressive Situations," you will learn the most effective way for addressing aggressive employees. You will learn what steps you should take to communicate with an employee who has behaved aggressively, as well as how to handle a situation that has become violent. In addition, you will learn how to help your employees adjust after a violent situation has occurred.
Workplace Aggression: Taking a Proactive Approach
In "Workplace Aggression: Taking a Proactive Approach," you will learn how your organization can approach workplace aggression in a proactive manner. You will learn how to identify what improvements your organization can make to address workplace aggression, as well as how to establish a workplace aggression policy. In addition, you will learn how to use preventative hiring techniques in order to eliminate workplace aggression and how to discipline and dismiss employees who have behaved aggressively.

Libraries - $89

Libraries include a large number of bundles each. There are four libraries - Business Professional, Information Technology, Internet/intranet, and Office Productivity. Together, they encompass all 200+ bundles.
