In "Team Participation: Teamwork Fundamentals," you will develop the skills needed to fulfill your responsibilities as a team member. This interactive multimedia training program provides you with opportunities to set team goals, address common problems that occur in teams, and improve your communication skills as a team member.
Team Participation: Team Communication
In "Team Participation: Team Communication," you will learn which types of communication are detrimental to teams, how to improve your verbal and nonverbal communication, and ways in which verbal and nonverbal communication function together. In addition, you will learn how to improve your listening skills and the best ways to respond to your teammates.
Team Participation: Resolving Conflict in Teams
In "Team Participation: Resolving Conflict in Teams," you will learn about the influence power has on team conflict, the common styles of conflict resolution, and how conflict can be beneficial or detrimental to teams. In addition, you will learn the steps for resolving team conflict, the steps for resolving conflict between you and another team member, and how to handle opposition to your ideas.
Team Participation: Decision Making in Teams
In "Team Participation: Decision Making in Teams," you will learn various rules teams should follow when making decisions, how teams can manage conflict during decision making, and the different methods teams can use to make decisions. In addition, you will learn the consensus decision-making process, as well as the benefits and challenges it provides.

Bundles include between 1 and 48 courses each. They are grouped by topics, such as Financial Management, Interpersonal Communication, Windows XP, Microsoft Windows 2000 (MCSE), Microsoft Word XP, Cisco Router Installation and Maintenance.

You can purchase access to a bundle for 90 days for $49. Access to bundles can be renewed.

Libraries - $89

Libraries include a large number of bundles each. There are four libraries - Business Professional, Information Technology, Internet/intranet, and Office Productivity. Together, they encompass all 200+ bundles.
