In "Exit Interviewing: The Termination Process," you will learn how to monitor your employees' performance, as well as how to terminate employment lawfully. In addition, you will learn how to explain performance standards to employees and how to document performance and misconduct issues. You will also review anti-discrimination laws and other laws with which frontline managers should be familiar. Finally, you will learn how to discipline employee misconduct, prepare for a termination meeting, and conduct a termination meeting.
