In "Facilitation: The Facilitation Process," you will learn the importance of and the correct way to prepare for a facilitation, the most effective way to guide a meeting, and the best way to achieve sustainable results. Specifically, you will learn how to assess a team's situation and needs, how to apply certain structural tools to make a meeting successful, how to ensure that every team member participates in the discussion, and how to apply the six steps of the decision-making process to teams.
Facilitation: Facilitating Challenging Situations
In "Facilitation: Facilitating Challenging Situations," you will learn how to handle several challenging situations that you may encounter while facilitating. Specifically, you will learn how to handle difficult team members, the best way to confront team resistance, and the most effective way to resolve conflicts among team members.

Libraries - $89

Libraries include a large number of bundles each. There are four libraries - Business Professional, Information Technology, Internet/intranet, and Office Productivity. Together, they encompass all 200+ bundles.
