Your goal is to identify any problems Icon International may have installing the system and make sure it is installed by the deadline.

In Conducting Meetings: Managing a Meeting, you will learn how to make effective decisions, eliminate groupthink during a meeting, and successfully handle conflict and difficult personalities. In the simulations, you will meet with a team of managers to address a price drop that one of your competitors is making. Your goal is to solidify Icon International's standing in the market.
Conducting Meetings: Effective Meeting Communication
In "Conducting Meetings: Effective Meeting Communication," you will learn how to communicate effectively as a meeting leader, listen and ask questions, and understand nonverbal communication during a meeting. In the simulations, you will be meeting with managers of various departments to address an increase in customer complaints due to some shipping problems. Your goal is to determine why the shipping problems are occurring, how to correct them, and to decrease the number of complaints being received.

Bundles include between 1 and 48 courses each. They are grouped by topics, such as Financial Management, Interpersonal Communication, Windows XP, Microsoft Windows 2000 (MCSE), Microsoft Word XP, Cisco Router Installation and Maintenance.

Libraries - $89

Libraries include a large number of bundles each. There are four libraries - Business Professional, Information Technology, Internet/intranet, and Office Productivity. Together, they encompass all 200+ bundles.
